A beginner-friendly session covering the absolute basics of edge geometry, selecting the right whetstone, and building the necessary muscle memory for consistent results.

2 Hours Tools Provided

Japanese Blades & High-Carbon Steel

An intermediate guide focused on harder steels. Learn single-bevel techniques, micro-beveling, and advanced polishing to achieve a mirror finish and razor-sharp edge without damaging brittle blades.

3 Hours Bring Your Own Knife

Kitchen Tool Restoration

Beyond the standard chef's knife. This comprehensive workshop teaches you how to maintain cleavers, kitchen shears, and specialized tools. We cover safe rust removal, handle oiling, and reshaping severely damaged profiles.
