The Process

Precision at Every Step

1. Inspection

We carefully examine the blade profile, check for micro-chips, and assess the steel type to determine the correct stone progression.

2. Whetstone Sharpening

Using a sequence of premium stones, we reset the bevel and establish a clean, consistent cutting edge tailored strictly to the knife's intended use in your kitchen.

3. Honing

A final refinement process removes any remaining burr and polishes the apex, ensuring a smooth, razor-sharp finish.
