1. Sharpening Services & Turnaround

Our professional sharpening service aims to restore and maintain your kitchen tools to their optimal edge. When submitting blades for sharpening, please pack them safely and securely. While we handle all tools with expert care, we cannot accept liability for pre-existing micro-fractures, hidden structural flaws, or damage stemming from poor prior maintenance.

Turnaround times depend on the condition of your items and our current workshop queue. We will provide a clear estimated completion date at the time of drop-off.

2. The Kitchen Tool Shop

We offer a curated selection of premium kitchen knives, whetstones, and maintenance accessories. Every item in our shop undergoes a quality inspection prior to sale. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days, provided the tools remain entirely unused and in their original, undamaged packaging.

3. Workshop Registrations

Edge & Whetstone provides hands-on educational workshops to teach proper blade maintenance and sharpening techniques. Your registration is considered confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must notify us at least 48 hours prior to the workshop start time to receive a full refund. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice are not eligible for a refund, as materials and seating are prepared in advance.

4. Knife Care Guides

The digital care guides and printed materials provided by Edge & Whetstone are meant strictly for educational purposes. Proper blade care and whetstone usage require ongoing practice and attention to safety. We strongly encourage you to follow our instructions carefully; however, we assume no responsibility for personal injury or damage to your tools resulting from the incorrect application of these techniques.
